Cancellation Policy

We appreciate every donation, but we understand that you may need to cancel your subscription at some point. Please follow the steps below to cancel your recurring donations, or reach out to us for assistance.

How to Change or Cancel a Recurring Donation

  1. Login to your account. If you do not remember your password, select Lost Your Password from the login form and use the email address you used during your initial checkout.
  2. Once logged in, click on the My Subscriptions tab on your Account page.
  3. From there, you can manage your active subscriptions. You have the option to change your donation amount or cancel your donation.
  4. When you are ready to support our mission again, simply head to the Donate page and select the payment amount you’d like to contribute.

From the My Subscription tab, you can view your subscription information, change your payment amount, and cancel your subscription at any time.
