Vocational Training for Girls
Director Gladwell recognized that rescuing girls from gender-based violence is only the first step. To truly thrive, our young women need the tools to be self-reliant. And the Girls’ Vocational Training College was established to provides a path for them from education to economic independence.

With faith and excellent vision, Director Gladwell raised funds to build a Vocational Training Center right on the BSA campus.
The knitting machine, commercial-grade serger, and straight stitchers are functional, and a factory trainer is on hand to teach our Vocational Students come January. Already, trainees are creating pullovers for BSA. Gladwell is already receiving orders from other Schools to make their uniforms!

With high-speed Starlink internet (bless our amazing donors for this gift that just keeps expanding horizons for our students and villagers), computer labs, personal hygiene and hairdressing, nursing training, and entrepreneurship and bookkeeping courses, students and their parents will truly lay the foundation for becoming self-reliant in time.
